SHIPPING INFORMATION

Australian Shipping

Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

​

All orders will be dispatched within one to two business days, except for during busy periods including sales and product releases. In this case dispatch may take up to 3 days. 

​

All parcels are sent via Australia Post from Dunsborough, Western Australia and shipping times will vary depending on your location but will usually arrive within 2-10 business days.

​

Please note: We have no control over the delivery process once it's in the hands of our courier partners, however, we will always do everything possible to help our customers if issues arise. On rare occasions, shipping may take longer due to external factors or events such as weather or traffic incidents, or due to public holidays. Additionally, if your order is being shipped to a remote or regional suburb, it may take slightly longer than usual to arrive.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent.

Free Delivery - Western Australia Only

We offer free delivery on all orders within a 40km radius of postal code 6281. 

​

Free Delivery - Perth Metropolitan Area

We occasionally offer free delivery for the Perth Metropolitan Area on all orders. Delivery dates will be posted on our social media platforms and website prior to delivery. All orders must be placed 1 business day by 2pm before delivery is made.

Deliveries of items containing alcohol
It is a condition of purchase that you verify that you are 18 years of age or over. Alcohol that is received at the nominated delivery address is by a person who is 18 years or over.

Deliveries of items containing candy

Candy is a perishable product and it can be affected by the weather, particularly in warmer months. So during summer months (December to February), we will not despatch orders on Fridays. This is to ensure that your candy do not get stuck in a hot courier van or depot over the weekend, and that it arrives in the best possible condition.

We'll process and despatch orders from Monday to Thursday only during summer months. 

We want your order to arrive in the best possible condition, so we do request that your orders be shipped to an address where someone is present at the time of delivery. We can either deliver to your office or your home – just use the most appropriate address during the checkout process.

Incorrect address or returned parcels

If we are unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undelivered, we will need to pass on the postage charge to send it again. If a parcel is undeliverable to the gift recipient, we will be in touch with the person who placed the order to discuss options.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

Unfortunately we don't offer refunds or returns for change of mind, however we can provide you with a store credit. Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date and in original packaging and condition (clothing unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.) 

To return an item please email us at admin@royallygifted.com.au

Once your item has been received back into our store it will be processed and a store credit will be issued to the value of your return.

 

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please email admin@royallygifted.com.au and we will do our best to assist.

  • Returns and exchanges not available on sale purchases. All sale purchases are final.

  • Royally Gifted do not cover the return postage costs. Return postage costs will be at the buyers expense. We recommend using a service with tracking. 

  • Royally Gifted are in no way liable/ responsible or accountable for the loss of products being returned.
